Ethos

Here at Prepped Catering we want to focus on our core business values. These are seasonal menus, made by chefs with quality local produce. We are environmentally conscious and use eco packaging where possible, along with electric van delivery.

Produce

We believe in zero waste, we only buy what is required locally and in small quantities. Our menus are designed by our chefs to utilise everything. Things that might usually go to waste are pickled, dehydrated, preserved, cured, or compressed. These techniques not only cut our waste, carbon footprint and help the environment, they maximise texture and flavour.
